Skab opm\u00e6rksomhed<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Det f\u00f8rste skridt til at finde en balance i dit liv og skabe langsigtede forandringer er at erkende, hvordan du lever i \u00f8jeblikket. Hvad er du tilfreds med, og hvad vil du gerne \u00e6ndre?<\/p>\n<p>Som en \u00f8velse kan du se p\u00e5 og beskrive forskellige omr\u00e5der af dit liv. Disse omr\u00e5der kan v\u00e6re fysisk sundhed, mental sundhed, karriere, familieliv, recovery, bolig og relationer. Det kan v\u00e6re en hj\u00e6lp at finde papir og blyant frem, s\u00e5 du har et klart billede af alle omr\u00e5der i dit liv. T\u00e6nk derefter over og skriv ned, hvad du nyder inden for hvert enkelt omr\u00e5de, og hvad du <em>ikke<\/em> har det godt med lige nu. Du kan m\u00e5ske ikke \u00e6ndre alt s\u00e5 meget, som du gerne ville - men hvad er vigtigst for at finde balance mellem de forskellige omr\u00e5der i dit liv?<\/p>\n<h2><strong>2. Fokuser p\u00e5 de rigtige ting<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Mange af os, ikke mindst for\u00e6ldre, b\u00e6rer rundt p\u00e5 en masse bekymringer i vores hverdag. Alle disse bekymringer har en tendens til at dr\u00e6ne os for energi. Et fors\u00f8g p\u00e5 at slippe angsten kan v\u00e6re at stoppe op og sp\u00f8rge dig selv, om bekymringen er noget, du kan p\u00e5virke? Hvis du indser, at det er en un\u00f8dvendig bekymring, som du faktisk ikke kan p\u00e5virke, s\u00e5 pr\u00f8v at acceptere den. T\u00e6nk derefter over, hvad i dit liv du <em>kan<\/em> indflydelse, og hvad der giver dig energi. Skriv det ned! M\u00e5ske kan du have det som baggrund p\u00e5 din telefon eller som en seddel p\u00e5 hovedd\u00f8ren som en konstant p\u00e5mindelse.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>3. Skab gode vaner<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Har du nogensinde t\u00e6nkt p\u00e5, at n\u00e5r du bevidst beslutter dig for en vane, som du gerne vil have, og gentager den, s\u00e5 kommer den snart af sig selv? Det er netop n\u00f8glen til at skabe og vedligeholde en god vane. P\u00e5 samme m\u00e5de er det gentagelsen af en adf\u00e6rd, der skaber \"d\u00e5rlige\" vaner, som kan v\u00e6re sv\u00e6re at bryde.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00e6nk over, om der er vaner, som du gerne vil have ind i dit liv, men ogs\u00e5 om der er vaner, som du gerne vil af med. M\u00e5ske kan du endda erstatte en d\u00e5rlig vane med en, du gerne vil have? Det kunne v\u00e6re at erstatte scrolling p\u00e5 telefonen om aftenen med at l\u00e6se en bog. At give slip p\u00e5 at rydde op efter b\u00f8rnene om aftenen og i stedet acceptere rodet og g\u00e5 en tur?<\/p>\n<h2><strong>4. \u00d8velse g\u00f8r mester - \u00f8v dig i at blive rask<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Hvad der udg\u00f8r recovery er meget individuelt, og kun du ved, hvad der f\u00e5r dig til at f\u00f8le dig mest recovered. Generelt beskrives recovery som noget, der giver dig mulighed for \"bare at v\u00e6re\". Men bare at v\u00e6re er noget, der kan v\u00e6re sv\u00e6rt i sm\u00e5b\u00f8rns\u00e5rene, men det er ogs\u00e5 et sp\u00f8rgsm\u00e5l om vane og en gentagelse af ting, du gerne vil have ind i dit liv, som snart bliver en vane.
