Recipe for simple banana cake
A moist banana cake that is also easy to make doesn't sound too bad, does it? This banana cake contains several good ingredients that both fill you up and satisfy your sweet tooth - a good choice, especially for those who are pregnant.
If there's one thing we love, it's a moist banana cake. It's something that can be made in many different ways, but a favorite is this version with coconut sugar and yogurt. It's a perfect quick snack, snack or coffee break that also contains many good ingredients for pregnant women! This banana cake recipe only takes 30 minutes to make, then you just need to be patient while it bakes in the oven for about 50 minutes.
Banana cake recipe
Cooking time: 30 minutes
Ingredients:
3 ripe bananas plus 1 banana for the top
100 g salted butter
150 g coconut sugar/cane sugar or regular sugar
200 g flour (gluten-free is just as good, but expect a slightly less fluffy cake!)
1 dl of yogurt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
Possibly some cinnamon if you like
1 egg
Do this:
1. set the oven to 180 degrees
2. Melt the butter in a saucepan
3. Put the bananas in a blender. Then add the other ingredients, except the butter which you add last. Pour the batter into a buttered mold, decorate with a banana cut in half. Then put it in the oven for 50 minutes.
