In this series, viewers are taken on exclusive tours of maternity wards around Sweden. In this episode, we visit the maternity ward at Helsingborg Hospital.

Maria Ljunggren Waldh is a midwife at Helsingborg Hospital, and in this video she gives us a tour of the hospital's maternity ward. She shows us one of the delivery rooms and tells us about the different pain relief options available. We also learn about the assistive devices that are available, and tips on how to use them.

Maria also shows us what it looks like in the aftercare / maternity ward and tells us about "maternity at home". In addition, we get to peek in and see what it looks like in the neonatal unit.

We'll also hear from obstetrician Tony Laversson about the work of specialist maternity services and ultrasound.
