In the series "Baby Journey visits", viewers are taken on exclusive tours of maternity clinics around Sweden. In this episode, we visit Södersjukhuset's maternity ward and BB SÖS on Södermalm in Stockholm.

During the tour, midwife Sara Perers Öberg guides us through BB SÖS and shows us one of the delivery rooms. She goes through the different options for pain relief, such as nitrous oxide, epidural and acupuncture. In addition, she shows the various aids available to facilitate both activity and rest during childbirth. We also get a glimpse of what it looks like in the parents' kitchen, how to get into labor and delivery and the maternity ward where parents are moved a few hours after birth.
