Chicken puree with root vegetables

Chicken and root vegetables work well all year round and are easy to prepare. While you're in the kitchen, make an adapted version for yourself! This recipe makes about 2-3 servings, so keep the leftovers in the fridge for future meals.
Ingredients:
- 1 chicken breast, cooked and finely shredded
- 2 potatoes, peeled and diced
- 2 carrots, peeled and diced
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
- Water or broth for boiling
Do this:
1. Boil the chicken, potatoes, carrot and zucchini in water or broth until very tender.
2. Drain the water and add 1 tbsp rapeseed oil.
3. Blend the ingredients to a smooth puree.
4. Allow the puree to cool before serving.
Broccoli and sweet potato puree with turkey

Broccoli, sweet potatoes and turkey are three foods that can be used to make several tasty dishes and depending on how you season and prepare it, there are lots of variations. But for a little one who has just started their food journey, it's more than enough to boil everything together and mix!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 sweet potato, peeled and diced
- A handful of broccoli, fresh or frozen
- 50 g turkey meat, cooked and finely chopped
- Some water or vegetable broth for boiling
- 1 tbsp rapeseed oil
1. Boil the sweet potato and broccoli until very soft.
2. Steam or boil the turkey meat separately until cooked through.
3. Blend the sweet potato, broccoli and turkey into a smooth puree with the rapeseed oil, adding water or stock if necessary to achieve the desired consistency.
4. Let the puree cool down before serving it to your child.
