Quinoa gratin with vegetables

This gratin is a real winner for the whole family! Feel free to season with the spices you like in your family, but be careful with salt. For example, some broths contain a lot of salt, so you can skip the extra salt.

Ingredients:
- 1 dl quinoa
- 1 carrot, diced
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1 dl grated cheese
- 1 dl of milk
- A pinch of black pepper

Do this:
1. Cook the quinoa according to the instructions on the package.
2. Steam or boil carrots and zucchini until tender.
3. Mix the quinoa, vegetables, grated cheese, milk and black pepper in an ovenproof dish.
4. Bake in the oven until the cheese is melted and golden brown, about 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees.

Chicken and broccoli stew

Chicken and broccoli is a grateful combination that many children enjoy. And it's a good thing too, because chicken contains a lot of protein and broccoli is a really nutritious vegetable! Together with potatoes and spices, you have a really tasty stew for the whole family.

Ingredients:
- 1 chicken breast fillet, sliced
- 0.5 broccoli, cut into small florets
- 2 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 dl vegetable or chicken stock

Do this:
1. Fry the chicken until cooked through.
2. Boil the potatoes and broccoli until tender.
3. Mix the chicken, potatoes and broccoli in a pot with the broth.
4. Bring to the boil and simmer until the flavors have blended.

Yummy banana pancakes with oatmeal

This recipe is perfect when time is short. The pancakes are quick and easy to make, and they are super tasty! Serve with fresh berries, Greek yogurt or quark - and you have an even more nutritious meal for your child!

Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 dl oatmeal
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar or cinnamon
- Butter or coconut oil for frying

Do this:
1. Mix all the ingredients in a blender or in a bowl until it becomes a smooth batter.
2. Heat a frying pan with butter or coconut oil.
3. Add a little batter and fry the pancake for about 1 minute on each side.
4. ready! Serve with a side dish of your choice. Preferably some fresh berries or fruit in small pieces!
